A delectable cooking sauce for meats, seafood, tofu or vegetables and as a dipping sauce for lamb, beef, chicken, shrimp, tofu or vegetables.
Indian Chicken Burgers |

INGREDIENTS

½ cup finely chopped scallions ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger ¼ teaspoon garlic salt 1 lb ground chicken (ground beef, lamb or pork can be substituted) 4 kaiser rolls Romaine lettuce leaves 8 tablespoons Wild Thymes Indian Curry or Moroccan Spicy Pepper Dipping Sauce

DIRECTIONS
|
Combine scallions, cilantro, ginger, garlic salt and chicken and form into 4 half-inch patties. Place burgers on grill or in a lightly oiled pan and cook until done (about 4 minutes per side). Place one burger on bottom half of each roll, top with lettuce and 2 tablespoons dipping sauce and top half of roll.Serve with Wild Thymes Asian Slaw or Korean Slaw.

Lamb Burgers with Moroccan or Indian Vindaloo Dipping Sauce |

INGREDIENTS |
1 lb. ground lamb 4 kaiser rolls Romaine lettuce leaves 8 tablespoons Wild Thymes Moroccan Spicy Pepper or Indian Vindaloo Curry Dipping Sauce 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS |
Combine mayonnaise and dipping sauce. Form ground lamb into 4 half-inch patties. Place burgers on grill or in a lightly oiled pan and cook until done (about 4 minutes per side). Place one burger on bottom half of each roll, top with lettuce and 2 tablespoons dipping sauce/mayonnaise mixture and top half of roll. Serve with Wild Thymes Moroccan/Indian Roasted Potatoes.

Tofu Sates |

INGREDIENTS |
2 lbs tofu cubed Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes 1 jar Wild Thymes Indonesian Peanut Sesame, Indian Vindaloo Curry, Thai Chili Roasted Garlic or Moroccan Spicy Pepper Dipping Sauce

DIRECTIONS |
Thread tofu on skewers. Grill or broil until cooked through. Serve with sauce. Great for vegetarians. Serve over long grain, Jasmine or Basmati rice and one of Wild Thymes salad selections.

Curried Lamb Chops with Mango Chutney |

INGREDIENTS |
6 lamb chops 1 jar Indian Vindaloo Curry Dipping Sauce 1 jar Mango Papaya Chutney

DIRECTIONS |
Marinate lamb chops in dipping sauce at least 4 hours or refrigerate overnight. Grill or broil lamb chops about 5 minutes per side or until cooked to desired doneness. Serve with mango chutney. Serve with Wild Thymes Asparagus in Parmesan Walnut Caesar Vinaigrette, Chili Ginger Honey Glazed Carrots or Fresh Mozzarella with Tuscan Tomato Basil Vinaigrette and either Moroccan Roasted Potatoes, All-Season Rice Pilaf, Caribbean Peach Lime Orzo Salad or Tuscan Tomato Basil Pasta Salad. |
