Mango Salad Refresher
Bring the tropics to your dining room with this heavenly Mango Salad Refresher. Made with pure fresh mangoes and olive oil, it is a wonderful dressing over green salads, fruit salads and grilled, roasted or steamed vegetables. Use it to dress chicken or shrimp salad or as a marinade for fish, seafood, poultry, pork, tofu or vegetables. 10 oz.

Refreshing Fruit Salad
Curried Turkey and Mango Salad
1/3 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon curry powder
3 cups diced cooked turkey (or chicken)
1 cup Wild Thymes Mango Papaya Chutney
Wild Thymes Mango Salad Refresher
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve over a bed of greens dressed with Wild Thymes Mango Salad Refresher.
Shrimp Mango Papaya & Jicama Salad
1/3 cup Wild Thymes Mango, Meyer Lemon or Tangerine Salad Refresher
6 cups water
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
2 bay leaves
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
1 lb uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined, halved lengthwise
2 large mangoes, cut into ½ inch cubes
1 papaya, cut into ½ inch cubes
1 cup jicama, cut into ½ inch cubes
½ cup chopped red onion
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
4 large Boston or Red Leaf lettuce leaves
Bring water, lemon juice, bay leaves, salt & pepper to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add shrimp and simmer about 2 minutes (until opaque). Drain shrimp and transfer them to a bowl to cool. When shrimp are cool add mango, papaya, jicama, onion and cilantro and dress with Wild Thymes Salad Refresher. Place one lettuce leaf on each of four plates. Spoon shrimp salad over each lettuce leaf and serve.
Shrimp and Mango Salad with Glass Noodles
4 oz very thin cellophane noodles
1 lb cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp
1 large mango peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
3 scallions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh serrano or jalapeno chili
1/2 cup Wild Thymes Meyer Lemon, Mango, Passion Fruit Salad Refresher or Toasted Sesame Wasabi Vinaigrette
Cover noodles with boiling hot water in large bowl and let sit for 8 minutes.
Drain noodles in a colander and rinse with cold water. Drain well and return to bowl.
While noodles are soaking, combine shrimp, mango, scallions, basil and chili peppers in another large bowl.
Toss half of Salad Refresher or Vinaigrette with noodles and other half with shrimp salad. Then serve shrimp salad over noodles.

I love the Mango Salad Refresher. It tastes great and doesn't have any vinegar in it.
