Moroccan Lamb Chops
8 one-inch thick loin lamb chops *
Marinate the lamb chops in the dipping sauce for 1 hour. Grill or broil the lamb chops to desired doneness (about 4 minutes per side for medium rare). Use remaining sauce to serve as a dipping sauce for the lamb. * Tofu or tempeh can be substituted. Serve with Wild Thymes Asparagus in Parmesan Walnut Caesar Vinaigrette, Chili Ginger Honey Glazed Carrots or Fresh Mozzarella with Tuscan Tomato Basil Vinaigrette and either Caesar Potato Salad, Moroccan Roasted Potatoes or Tuscan Tomato Basil Pasta Salad.
