Tofu Sates

Serves 4

2 lbs tofu cubed

Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

1 jar Wild Thymes Indonesian Peanut Sesame, Indian Vindaloo Curry, Thai Chili Roasted Garlic or Moroccan Spicy Pepper Dipping Sauce

Thread tofu on skewers. Grill or broil until cooked through. Serve with sauce. Great for vegetarians. Serve over long grain, Jasmine or Basmati rice and one of Wild Thymes salad selections.
