Grilled Lemon Parsley Veal Chops

Serves 6

6 8-10 oz loin or rib veal chops

1 cup Wild Thymes Meyer Lemon Salad Refresher

3 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley

1 teaspoons fresh rosemary, minced

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Salt & pepper to taste

Marinate Veal in Salad Refresher at least 6 hours or overnight. Prepare grill or broiler. Remove chops from marinade and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook chops to desired doneness, about 6 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer to serving platter and sprinkle with parsley, rosemary and garlic. Serve with Wild Thymes Couscous with Lemon and Wild Thymes Arugula Salad with Oranges and goat cheese.
