Halibut with Caribbean Peach Lime Chutney

Serves 4

4 (6-ounce) halibut fillets (substitute your favorite fish)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cups Wild Thymes Caribbean Peach Lime Chutney*

Rub halibut with oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Place fish in a pre-heated grill pan on stove or on outside grill. Grill approximately 3 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily. Serve drizzled with chutney.
* Any Wild Thymes Chutney can be substituted.
Great for vegetarians. Serve with Wild Thymes Frisee Beet & Pecan Salad and either the Four Season Salad or Caribbean Peach Lime orzo Salad.
