Moroccan Roasted Potatoes
2 lbs. new potatoes, cut into quarters
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Wild Thymes Moroccan Spicy Pepper Dipping Sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Whisk olive oil and Wild Thymes Moroccan Spicy Pepper Dipping Sauce together and add potatoes. Toss until potatoes are evenly covered with mixture. Place in a roasting pan and roast (turning every ½ hour) until potatoes are browned and crispy on the outside and fork tender. Salt & pepper to taste. Great for vegetarians.
