Thai Chili Baked Ham
1 smoked ham (6-8 lbs.), rump or shank half
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons dark rum (optional)
Pre-heat oven to 325 F. Place ham, fat side up, in roasting pan. Pour 1 inch of water into roasting pan. Roast for 1½ hours. While ham is cooking, mix Wild Thymes Thai Chili Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce, cloves and rum together and set aside. Remove roasting pan from oven and generously brush the mustard mixture over the ham. Put ham back in oven and continue to brush more Thai Chili glaze over ham every 10 minutes for about another 30-40 minutes. Serve with Wild Thymes Vegetable Medley and Wild Thymes Moroccan Roasted Potatoes.
