Lamb Burgers with Moroccan or Indian Dipping Sauce

Serves 4

1 lb. ground lamb

4 kaiser rolls

Romaine lettuce leaves

8 tablespoons Wild Thymes Moroccan Spicy Pepper or Indian Vindaloo Curry Dipping Sauce

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Combine mayonnaise and dipping sauce. Form ground lamb into 4 half-inch patties. Place burgers on grill or in a lightly oiled pan and cook until done (about 4 minutes per side). Place one burger on bottom half of each roll, top with lettuce and 2 tablespoons dipping sauce/mayonnaise mixture and top half of roll. Serve with Wild Thymes Moroccan/Indian Roasted Potatoes.
