Autumn Picnic: Glazed Chicken Wings

Glazed Chicken Wings
2 cups Wild Thymes Raspberry, Pomegranate, Morello Cherry, Black Currant, Mango or Passion Fruit Salad Refresher
3 lbs chicken wings
˝ teaspoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
3 tablespoons fresh Jalapeno or Serrano peppers, minced
1/3 cup sugar
Salt to taste
Preheat oven to 400 F. Rinse and dry wings and place them in a non stick roasting pan brushed lightly with oil. Bake until brown and crisp, about 60-70 minutes, turning them a few times.
In a nonstick frying pan, sauté garlic & peppers for 3-4 minutes. Add Salad Refresher and sugar and bring to a boil. Boil about 15-20 minutes until reduced to about 2/3 cup.
When wings are cooked, drain pan of any accumulated fat or juices and then put wings back in pan and pour sauce over them. Bake until sauce thickens and gets sticky (about 10-15 minutes), turning often.
