Caribbean Peach Lime Orzo Salad
Serves 6-8
2 cups Wild Thymes Caribbean Peach Lime Chutney
1 1/2 cups orzo
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup pecan pieces
6 green onions, sliced
1 chopped red pepper
1/3 cup Wild Thymes Raspberry Pear or Tahitian Lime Ginger Vinaigrette
Salt & pepper to taste
Cook Orzo in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool at room temperature. Add red peppers, cilantro, pecan pieces and green onions. Add vinaigrette to orzo and mix well. Serve at room temperature. Salt & pepper to taste.
