Indonesian Peanut Szecehwan Noodles

Serves 6

cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons sesame oil

teaspoon hot chili oil

cup tahini

cup Wild Thymes Indonesian Peanut Sesame Dipping Sauce

cup soy sauce

cup sherry vinegar

cup dry sherry

cup Wild Thymes Chili Ginger Honey Marinade

1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 lb. spaghetti

1 yellow bell pepper, julienne

1 red bell pepper, julienne

4 scallions, chopped

In a food processor, combine and puree oils, tahini, Wild Thymes Indonesian Peanut Sesame Dipping Sauce, soy sauce, sherry, sherry vinegar, Wild Thymes Chili Ginger Honey Marinade, cayenne and black pepper. Cook pasta al dente. While the pasta is still warm, toss it in of the sauce. Add the red and yellow peppers and scallions and mix well. Serve at room temperature. The leftover sauce can be used as needed.
