How to Open a Wild Thymes Farm Wholesale Account

Opening Orders

The minimum order is two cases. Wild Thymes cannot mix or split cases.

Terms

Orders are shipped prepaid by Visa, Mastercard, or check. A customers may request to apply for terms (net 30) after three orders within the past 12 months and have been established for one year. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Terms are not automatically granted. References checked upon customer request. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% annually). A charge of $25.00 will be applied for insufficient funds. We reserve the right to reinstate prepay terms based on payment history.

Shipping

Wild Thymes makes every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours. Orders are shipped FOB Greenville, NY via standard UPS Ground or by common freight carrier. Winter storms can cause brief delays. If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for all freight charges.
