Korean Marinated Beef Rib Eye Steaks
8 6-to-7 ounce beef rib eye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
Pour marinade into shallow dish and add steaks. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning steaks after first hour. Prepare barbecue or broiler to medium heat. Remove steaks from marinade; sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cook about 6-7 minutes per side for medium-rare. Serve with Wild Thymes Asian Rice Noodle Salad and either Portobello Mushroom Salad or any Wild Thymes salad or slaw.
