Marinated Lamb Kababs
2 lbs boneless lamb, cut into 1½-inch cubes (substitute chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, scallops, Tuna, Swordfish or Tofu)
Marinate meat in Salad Refresher for at least 6 hours or overnight (less time for seafood)
Drain meat from marinade (reserve marinade). Thread meat on skewers and cook on grill, basting often with reserved marinade until meet is cooked to desired doneness. Serve with Wild Thymes All-Season Rice Pilaf, Wild Thymes Lemon Mint Tabbouleh Salad or over plain couscous.
