Beef Shish Kebabs
2 lbs. cubed beef
2 red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 yellow bell peppers, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 green peppers, cut into 1-inch cubes
8 pearl onions
1 bottle Wild Thymes New OrleansCreole Marinade*
4 large skewers
Assemble skewers, alternating beef and vegetables. Place skewers flat in a shallow baking dish. Pour marinade over skewers and marinate for 1 hour. Grill for 8-10 minutes on each side, until vegetables are tender and beef is cooked to desired doneness. Serve over Jasmine rice.
* Any Wild Thymes marinade can be substituted.
