Summer Brunch: Side Dishes: Cranberry Raspberry Scones

Cranberry Raspberry Scones
Makes 8 scones
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon milk
Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Whisk together dry ingredients. Stir in cream to form dough. Place dough in large bowl and very gently fold in Wild Thymes Cranberry Raspberry Sauce into dough to create a swirled effect. Drop large spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheet and brush tops of scones with milk. Bake until scones have risen and are golden brown (12-15 minutes). Cool on wire rack. Serve with butter and some additional Wild Thymes Cranberry Raspberry Sauce.
