Arugula, Tangerine and Blue Cheese Salad
10 cups arugula (about 6 oz)
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tangerines, peeled
½ cup any Wild Thymes Tangerine Salad Refresher*
Combine arugula, cheese and orange segments in large bowl. Dress with Salad Refresher.
