Pear, Walnut & Gorgonzola Salad with Pomegranate Vinaigrette

Serves 6

Salad:

Salad greens for 6 people

2 pears, sliced

1/3 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

cup chopped walnuts

Wild Thymes Pomegranate, Black Currant, Morello Cherry or Raspberry Salad Refresher to taste

Divide salad greens onto 6 plates. Divide pear slices, Gorgonzola and walnuts evenly and place over greens. Dress each salad with Salad Refresher. Great for vegetarians.
