Fruit Marinated Tuna
1 ½ cups any Wild Thymes Salad Refresher or Tahitian Lime or Mandarin Orange Basil Vinaigrette
4 tuna steaks (about 1 inch thick)
salt & pepper to taste
Sprinkle fish with salt & pepper. Marinate fish in 1 ¼ cup mango vinaigrette for 1 hour at room temperature, turning fish occasionally. Grill or broil tuna to desired doneness, about 2 minutes per side for medium rare. Drizzle remaining ¼ vinaigrette over cooked tuna and serve. Serve with either Wild Thymes Lemon Mint Tabbouleh Salad, Korean Salad, Asian Rice Noodle Salad or Caribbean Peach Lime Orzo Salad and either Korean Slaw or Japanese Coleslaw.
