Amazing Product |

While visiting my cousin in Dallas, I found your marinades by chance in a local grocery store in Plano. I'm from Memphis, and I'm constantly looking for a new or interesting seasoning or marinade for cooking on the grill. I marinated Rainbow Trout fillets in the Korean Ginger Scallion flavor and grilled them over cedar planks soaked in apple juice. They were absolutely phenomenal! I'm looking forward to using your other products on the grill. I was extremely impressed with your marinade, and unfortunately, I can't find your products here in Memphis, but I've signed up for your catalog and I'm spreading the word as best I can.

As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a professional chef and caterer, I am used to preparing everything from scratch. What a joy to find a company that makes products that are so fresh, innovative and simple to use that I can use them in place of my own! What a time-saver
