Teriyaki Seared Chilean Sea Bass
6 (6-ounce) Chilean Sea Bass steaks (substitute your favorite fish)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Marinate fish steaks in marinade for at least 2 hours. Place an iron skillet coated with olive oil over medium/high heat on the stove until hot (also can be cooked on an outside grill). Place fish in pan or on grill and sear 3 minutes or until golden brown. Turn fish over and repeat. Remove from heat, salt to taste. Serve with Wild Thymes Asian Stir-Fry or Wild Thymes Japanese Coleslaw and either Wild Thymes Korean Noodles or Asian Rice Noodle Salad. Great for vegetarians.
