Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken
1 chicken, quartered
Place chickens in a ziplock bag and add marinade. Refrigerate at lease 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
Pre-heat grill or oven to 350 F. Cook chicken until juices run clear when pricked with a fork.
* Any Wild Thymes Marinade can be substituted. Serve with either Wild Spinach Salad with Warm Pecan-Crusted Goat Cheese, Wild Thymes Arugula Tangerine and Blue Cheese Salad, Wild Thymes Japanese Slaw or Wild Thymes Asparagus in Parmesan Walnut Caesar Vinaigrette and either Wild Thymes Caribbean Peach Lime Orzo Salad, Wild Thymes Four Season Salad, Wild Thymes Quinoa Salad Tuscan Tomato Basil Vinaigrette, or Wild Thymes Korean Noodles.
