Pear, Walnut & Gorgonzola Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette
Serves 6
Salad:
Salad greens for 6 people
2 pears, sliced
1/3 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
¼ cup chopped walnuts
Vinaigrette:
½ cup any Wild Thymes Cranberry Sauce
¼ cup orange juice (preferably fresh)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
Divide salad greens onto 6 plates. Divide pear slices, Gorgonzola and walnuts evenly and place over greens. Combine vinaigrette ingredients and drizzle over each salad.
