6 chicken thighs or breasts, skin on
Salt & pepper to taste
Place chicken pieces in large zip lock bag, add dressing and marinate for at least 4 hours (or overnight). Preheat oven (to broil) or grill and cook chicken until the juices flow clear when pricked with a fork (meat should no longer be pink). Salt & pepper to taste. Serve with Wild Thymes Tuscan Tomato Pasta Salad or Quinoa Salad with Tuscan Tomato Basil Vinaigrette and Wild Thymes Endive and Radicchio Salad with Pears, Figs & Cabrales.
