Indian Vindaloo Curry Shrimp

Serves 4

1 jar Wild Thymes Indian Vindaloo Curry Dipping Sauce

2 lbs shrimp, shelled & deveined

Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Wild Thymes Mango Papaya Chutney

Marinate shrimp in dipping sauce for 1 hour. Put shrimp on skewers and place under broiler or on grill. Cook, turning once until shrimp are pink (about 2 minutes per side). Brush shrimp with sauce mixture as they are grilling or broiling. Serve with Wild Thymes Mango Papaya Chutney. Great for vegetarians. Serve over Basmati Rice with any Wild Thymes salad or slaw.
