Korean Glazed Shrimp

Serves 4

1 bottle Wild Thymes Korean Ginger Scallion Marinade

2 lbs shrimp, shelled & deveined

Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Marinate shrimp for at least 2 hours. Put shrimp on skewers and place under broiler or on grill. Cook, turning once until shrimp are pink (about 2 minutes per side). Brush shrimp with marinade as they are cooking. Serve over Wild Thymes Asian Rice Noodle Salad, Korean Noodles or plain Jasmine rice with any Wild Thymes salad or slaw.
