Korean Marinated Chicken

1 chicken, 2 1/2 to 3 pounds, quartered

1 bottle Wild Thymes Korean Ginger Scallion Marinade

Place the chicken in a bowl and coat it with marinade. Leave covered at room temperature for 30 minutes to marinate. Preheat oven to 350 F (also delicious on an outdoor grill). Place chicken in a baking dish and cover with remaining sauce from bowl. Bake for approximately 1 hour until juices run clear when pricked with a fork. Serve with Wild Thymes Asian Rice Noodle Salad and either Portobello Mushroom Salad or any Wild Thymes salad or slaw.
